My Four Winds came with both seats that swivel. I believe it is an "Atwood Swivel pedestal"(Google this) It also came with cushions which match the seats, that you place on the seats that bring you further off of the floor for more comfortable seating. They are a standard item on the Four Winds or Chateau 31Y model if you want to see them at your local dealer. I believe they are on one of the Quantum models also.
