Palazzo 35.1
Flying to New Mexico to bring our new Palazzo 35.1 back to Ohio. Had Safety Plus steering stabilizer installed for the drive home. Interested in any suggestions for improved handling.
Thanks.

Palazzo refrigerator
We were told to turn on battery switch. Run generator. Residential fridge would work when interior switch turned to cold.
After 6 hours of Gen, no cold. Little cool.
Can't find any other refrigerator switch.
Thoughts??

Toward the front side of the coach just below the nightstand top; should be one with two outlets for USB

Just starting on some suspension mods. Safety Steer Plus front stabilizer at time of delivery so far.

Sujim,
I have a 2016 36.1 as well. Some of the issues I am currently having are:
1- The grey tank meter is not registering on the panel. I noticed this on my last trip. Since its still under warranty I will have them look at it. But I was told sometimes the wiring at the outer water valves control area the wiring may come loose.
2- I need to fix the ice maker as its not making ice. Based off the other posts, I will check to see if the valve is turned off.
3- Thermostat I need to check the heater as sometimes it doesn't seem to be putting out hot air when needed.
The coach is still fairly new with just over 6k miles. I am taking it to the service center for oil change and minor transmission check. Costly of course but my question if you know, is the transmission service just a minor or full? I was told its just a minor service. Other than that I love the coach!

Is there a noticeable difference in handling

I wondered if on your trip home, the front stabilizer made a noticeable difference in the handling? I'm interested in your opinion. I am planning a trip back to the service center to have a few bugs corrected. I thought that this might be an upgrade to consider. Does yours have the "Smart Steering Wheel"? Does your radio include navigation? These are also upgrades that I'm considering.

Picked up my 2017 palazzo 36.1 in July. Wasn't 30 mins into my 6hr trip home when we had a major water leak from the washer supply line that had been caught under the slide and pulled the plumbing fittings apart.
Went back to the dealer and they repaired it... Got home and left the next morning for an extended weekend about 2hrs away. Hooked up the water and whalah water spraying all over the underside of the slide where they "fixed" it. Spent an hour or so trying to cut Pex tubing in a 1" area and replaced all stock fittings with brass sharkbite fittings and its fixed.
Took it to our local repair guy as the floor is damaged from the water leak and wanted him to check out the washer plumbing. Said Thor used a soft line that was about 4' too long and wrapped the slack around everything they could find and zip tied it. All the wiring and plumbing was being pulled every time the slide went in or out. Unfortunately he wouldn't touch the floor and it's going back to Thor in December.
Also had a bad contact in the fuse panel and lost power to the monitor panel. Moved the wire to an unused fuse and all is good.
Would I buy it again? I think for the price it can't be beat, quality and amenities are above what would be expected in this price range and the fact that it's a DP on a freightliner chassis with a tried and tested Cummins diesel, I don't think you can go wrong. Fix the little things and smile that you're driving a well handling, nice looking, higher end rig.
All that being said, we've already picked out our next RV, an Entegra Anthem with an IFS Spartan chassis.

Not sure if you are saying generator isn't supply juice or batteries aren't supplying 110 while driving. First, there is a switch on your generator at the top right corner. Generator will run all day without supplying juice unless you throw that switch. You'll hear the load pulling on the generator when it's working. Second, for batteries to provide 110, turn on inverter and leave it on. Just like dry camping. Thor sends units out without either turning either switch on. Haven't found a dealer yet that knew they needed to be on.

Palazzo question
We like the floor plan of the 36.3 Palazzo and if anyone has any knowledge or experience, we'd really appreciate hearing. What should we look for as a price for a 2017? They really make it hard to get a feel for what the price should be with an msrp thats over $50,000 more than what you should pay. Might even be $70,000 more than what you should pay.
It looks like a great coach, very comfortable and lots of features that we'd enjoy.

Why does the Palazzo only have a 300hp diesel engine?

Most diesel pushers have the 340 hp engine and many are now standard with the 360hp diesel? Why use the 300hp? Is the chassis different?

I have found a Palazzo 36.1 2015 used with about 14,000 miles on it. Anyone have experience with this model?
