Sewer problems

I have a 2014 ACE Class A which is equipped with the 1-1/2" sewer hose and a motor which pumps the black and grey sewage.. I pump is not working properly and I am wondering if I can dump my sewer without the pump... Thoughts

Ouch! A sewage pump? In an RV? Good luck... I'll stick with my old-school gravity dump. I sincerely hope you get it sorted out though!

Welcome aboard! What model ACE is it? Are you the original owner? Go to the the Thor owners resources web page and enter your VIN number the systems on your MH should be available along with how to videos on using them. Sounds to me like the unit has a macerator pump installed and it could have a blockage. There should be a way to turn the impeller with a screw driver to see if it clears the pump.

I wonder if someone installed a macerator pump.
