thor Hurricane motor cover

Is it me or the motor cover between the 2 seats is screwed in. There are 4 latches but the cover won't move even if I unlock them ?
All 4 latches and it is still stuck as if it is glued or screwed in.
D'idée I missed something ?

In my Axis there is sealant between the cover and the floor. Take a putty knife and tap it in with a hammer. You may gave to go all around the cover before you can seperate the cover from the sealant and lift it up. In my 2016 Axis the front of the cover (under the dash) also has a half dozen or so screws. My 2016 Axis does not have clips it has two large bolts holding it to the floor so your's is different, but I bet the sealant is still there. I had a class C E-350 five years ago and I remember the clips. If I remember correctly, those were the only things holding the cover on - besides the sealant.
