Call Thor customer service, and ask them if they would email the Paint Codes, and Blueprints, and schematics for your coach. They will probably ask for the Vin# of your coach, to get the Specific drawings for your RV, so have that info ready when you call.
I requested them for our 17 Challenger 37 TB and had all of them within an hour. 8 drawings I think, from Electrical, 12v, and 110, to Plumbing fresh, and waste plumbing.

Just be aware that the "specific" drawings are not always what the builder/installed actually did, there may be some differences - we found several - fresh water filter, sewer flush line and electrical behind stove and refrig. Double check everything is as marked before digging in deep, it could save you some headaches!

Be aware that there are multiple electrical drawings (Plumbing, Framing, Slides, plus, too) like Chassis,Dash, Battery, Left and Right side harnesses, etc. You almost have to be specific when asking, so try to get their cooperation in getting all you can. They try but they're busy so follow thru might take persistence.

There was an earlier post listing the available drawings but you'll have to search the forum for it.

Thor sent me a pdf file with 13 pages, a drawing for each different system. Plus a Paint Scheme chart, with paint codes.

Question Thor Radio and cameras are dead need fuse help

Picked up the Palazzo from Freightliner and we were ready to start for Western KY. On the way home found the radios and cameras were not working, got home and no cameras are working. Looked everywhere for radio fuses and camera fuse - pulled the Axxera unit and all fuses are good but the meter indicates no power is coming to the link. Found out they shut the master coach switch off when nothing else would work - who knew the radio was part of the coach system!

Thanks

Where is the power fuse that feed the radio - all other dash components are working - Help! tryin to get my wife to her mothers!

Thanks
Look on the border of the radio for a VERY tiny unmarked reset button. Press it with a toothpick or straightened paper clip. That worked for me. On my radio, the button was up top to the left of the radio model name.

Hi all - this site is perfect for all THOR manuals. Thanksto Vicki and Mike, Aria 3901 and 16ACE27 pointing itout. As for VIN # be sure to correct letter O to number 0 or viceversa that's usually the problem with VIN's and MUST be a full 17 digits andnumber combined. Bryan

how to videos

I just went onto the TMC site and noticed a bunch of new "how to" videos in my documents. Cool!

What a treasure trove of information on my new to me 2017 Four Winds 26B! Why this was not supplied on a CD or DVD is amazing. Everything I wanted and needed to know right at my fingertips. I really appreciated the listing of items in the RV with serial numbers.

Thanks for pointing this out.

Phil

I found that also. I emailed thor but have had no response. Hopefully they will fix it, they would be very helpful.

I have that link also, but the videos in the resources site are narrowed down to the equipment on your particular coach. Much easier to find what you are looking for, if only we could play them.

I found on this site after being told by the dealer that it was not, that Sirius Xm radio is included and it is not working because they did not install the tuner like they were supposed to. Another item to add to my growing list.

BTW Thor offers a three free months of service but Ford offers 6 months of service. I don't know if that concurrent, my guess it's one or the other.
