I found out more, they are only removing the wire and putting it on another terminal effectively stopping the chassis battery lock out. I will try to upload the PDF

Thanks for this. I was driving down I 70 in Cheyenne Wyoming on a Saturday and all the chassis components shut down in heavy traffic barely made it to the shoulder. Sat for 11 hours for a hook went overnight at camping world figured out what was wrong then found the recall. Quick fix. Saved a lot of time and money. Now I can make it home only two days late
