THOUGHT I pulled the trigger on Axis 25.2 - Part 2

Received a text telling me that the 3rd Axis requested has arrived at CW. This one is looking good so far according to sales rep.
I asked and received the VIN and it confirms that this Axis is on a E450 chassis. Is this now and forever the go to chassis for Axis/Vegas?
Also asked to check with shipping CW if any parts are ordered that may have been removed for another unit and not replaced.

I knew to ask these things based on what I've learned on this forum.
Thanks all!

Stay tuned, more to come.

Great News. Just make sure you spend as much time as possible on the PDI. Make sure all devices work as advertised. Check while plugged in to shore power, running the generator, and just battery.

Keep us informed on your experience.

Finally!
Yesterday we drove our class c to the CW in Tallahassee and picked up our new Axis 25.2 The PDI went well. There were only a couple of items that had to be corrected. One was entry door adjustment. The door wouldn't latch properly when closing. The other was a biggie. The slide failed as it was being operated. Techs jumped on it quickly and replaced a failed motor. Everything else was ok. The whole process was professionally handled. We were very satisfied. Camping World Tallahassee deserves kudos.
The drive home was uneventful other than enjoying the handling and comfort of the Axis after so long in a class c. What a wonderful difference.
Now to load up and hit the road.

One thing I missed. Where the dickens is the coach battery?

Sorry- misunderstood. Chassis battery is high in right side of engine compartment- almost over the engine. Hard to see - harder to change. On the earlier Axis/Vegas needed to come out thru the top of the dash - there is a cut out of the dash panel under the fold out " computer tray" . I think I heard 2016 lowered the battery, and you could take out from the front. But still not easily....
