TPMS What Brand?
I'm thinking about a TMPS for the Axis. What brands should I consider?

I've used the Truck Systems Technologies (TST) 507 system with flow-through sensors since mid-2014 and am very satisfied with it. The flow-through sensors allow air pressure adjustments without removing the sensor and have user-replaceable batteries (standard wafer-type watch batteries). I'm still running on the original sensor batteries, and even leaving the sensors installed continuously, none of the batteries have required replacement.

X2 on the TST, had it on all 10 tires since mid 2013 & have only replaced 5 of the 10 batteries. Don't know how the wheels line up on a motor home, but on a dually pickup the flothru sensors don't fit too well.

They work fine on a Ram. The sensors face each other with enough room to access the inner and outer with a dually air chuck. Perhaps you could change to a shorter valve stem and improve the fit.

I use Tire Minder... 6 sensors for the RV and 4 for the toad. Comes with a booster to install near the rear of RV (12 v power) and lifetime battery replacement if you register the unit.
Didn't get the flow through sensors - they screw on/off easily enough.
Worked well on its first 1000 mile trip.

As of our Jan 2016 EEZ Tire purchase, the monitor mount has major defect making it almost usless. Would not buy it unless you are sure you are getting upgraded version - which as far as I know is still not available. They are "working on the problem."

I purchased mine in January and have had no trouble with it. What kind of problem did you have with the mount?

TST 507 now has internal sensors that replace the valve stem.

I just bought the EEZTire 10-sensor system (6 for the motorhome and 4 for the toad). It was easy to set up, and I'll test it out on a trip to Florida next month. Here is a web site I came across that helped me compare some of the major TPMS systems before buying:

EEZ Tire is what I choose, very easy setup with no problems.

Are the caps too big to fit in tight quarters?
Just concerned with the dual rear tires...,
Thanks

The non-flow-through sensors should be fine in tight quarters. I doubt that the flow-through ones would work in tight areas.

I run extensions (braided) from inside duals... The TPMS (non flowthru in my case) attaches to the extensions.

My new Hurricane came with the extensions already on them, so the sensors were not an issue.
