TV and DVD connection problems

We have a 2016 Freedom Elite 28H (made by Thor for Camping World) We added a second TV to the prewired (power, antenna & HDMI connections) wall location in the bedroom. We installed a second DVD player in the cabinet over the bed which was prewired for power and HDMI cable connection.

When sourcing TV to play DVD, the screen shows "NO SIGNAL" When the DVD player is connected direct to the TV, it works. Does the HDMI cable in the cabinet need to be activated somewhere else?

Any ideas and suggestions are welcome!

In our Axis, in the bedroom...the hdmi cable exits the bedroom wall and re-enters the cabinet above the bed..where you have an electrical outlet and the other end of the hdmi cable...

If your tv is similar to ours...on your remote, you will have a Input/Source button Having pushed that button, you will have options...make sure your dvd player is powered on...the options will be antenna, cable, hdmi 1, hdmi 2, hdmi 3..usually...the correct hdmi source will be determined by which hdmi slot you inserted your hdmi cable into the tv. If the hdmi is connected to the tv and your dvd player (dvd player powered on) and you select the correct hdmi source, you should be good to go.
