Comparing the Axis vs Vegas

I have been trying to find good comparison between the Axis and Vegas. The dealer say they are the same just different models to keep local dealers from competing with each other. I have noticed the headlights are different
Local to me there are mostly the Vegas model and within about 200 miles I can find Axis.
In most cases on the 2016s the Axis is list a few thousand less than the Vegas?
Any idea why?

No real difference between the two other than the headlights and some color options. Floorplans are all identical.

(Vegas left, Axis right)

You could probably talk the higher priced dealer down by using the other price (even though you're comparing it with a Vegas). It is possible that they are using the local scarcity of the Axis to artificially inflate the price (some people may not do their research and buy right off the lot).

Thanks Jamie
That is what I was thinking or if they won't deal just go with the dealer further away, although I do hear there may be issues with getting it serviced locally later.

HI .. when we decided to make a change in rv .. we found the Axis and Vegas on RV Trader .. always lots of photos and info about options.
Just a good source of info and purchasing options in your area.

Anyhow, our local dealer carried the Axis .. and we, liked the color scheme and the optional equipment on the unit we purchased.
So, there ya go .. be sure to look at the sticker and check out options...like 15k a/c unit, which is a major improvement...and if a convection/microwave versus a real oven is an issue make sure you get what you want if available in the unit you are looking at. Those are just a couple of things you might look for.

by the way....WE LOVE OUR AXIS !!

Thanks Kay good point about comparing options, will have to be careful we are looking at the same set of options when comparing prices
