Yea, had a brain fart on USB. It was a long day yesterday and was thinking about the multiple rails (5v, 12v, etc) on pc power supply, I guess.
Bummer on no AGS, since I will be traveling with dogs in southern heat and might sometimes leave them for a bit. Is adding an AGS a major deal?
GMC, travel CPAP is 12v, and they sell a car adapter for it. The sat receives in recent years have been low voltage. Never actually checked the output, but based on what you starred, I'm sure the H25 and newer DVRs are 12v.
After talking to the wife last night, as we are looking at this as the rare exception, not the rule, most of what we would want is or can be 12v. The travel CPAP even has a battery pack that will last one night, so if we overnighted at a Wal-Mart or Cracker Barrel, because we couldn't find an RV park with space, we would have that covered.
I think short term we could use the generator while driving (if she wants to move to the couch and relax and watch tv), and eventually replace one or more tv's.
