Six years down the road, you probably won't get any help ($$$) from Thor other than advice. It's one of those things that fall into prevention by regular inspections of every square inch of the coach. Water is like mice..you'll never see or hear them until they've chewed through wires, etc. You can trade it in and be done...or...you can take it to the factory and have the repairs made. Their labor rate is only $100 per hour and they know every inch of the coach. Most dealers will have to explore and research a lot...all that head scratching at your expense and it would probably take them months on end to fix it. While dealers are pretty good at the mechanics of these things, carpentry is not one of their specialties and tons of the parts will have to come from Thor anyway. At least Thor will be able to make repairs quicker and cheaper. Depending on just how bad it is, I would consider trading or selling and replace it.
