Hood latch release - Where is it?

Where is the release for the hood latch to gain access to the generator. This is on a 2018 Palazzo 36.1. I am the second owner so I am having to learn things on my own and I am having trouble with some items.

While I'm not sure if the '18 is similar to the '14 model, like mine, you unlatch the two barrel ring locks, and then pull out and down on the 'hood'... it is mounted on spring-loaded hinges... or yours may go out and up.

On our 2018 Palazzo 33.2 the "hood"
release latch is located in the driver's side front compartment and is a black T pull handle.

Thank you both very much for the replies. Guess my model is closer to HaRVey's since my handle turned out to be in the same compartment as his. It was behind some cables and I do not think I would have found it without the guidance. Thanks again!
