Windsport Awning blew off

Early this evening the large automatic patio awing on my Windsport 34P got blown up onto the MH roof - broke both arms at the "knee" joints and landed on top.
Has anyone replaced their awning? Looking for a ball park figure for replacement included installation.

You can look at the Dometics that Camping world sells and installs for a price guide. The Latitude you have is from Carefree of Colorado but is OEM only so you would have to order it from Thor and have a dealer install it. Actually there are motor home repair places around that are not dealers. The one around here is Iron Horse RV. They are very good, fast and expensive.

Thanks - wasn't really sure of make and model - can't locate the owners manual. I have been looking at the Carefree Web site and found the Latitude single stage parts list. Problem is that i am in SW Colorado. Nearest Thor Service Facility is in Grand Junction. There is a Dealer/Service outfit in Montrose -10 miles- but they are not affiliated with Thor. They should be able to install an Awning system though.

Most all the plant 750 coaches have had the COC Latitude for 5 years or so. They see to be quite reliable. I managed to hit a STOP sign with mine which broke a few parts. I was able to tie it to the coach with clothesline to drive the 700 miles home. I orders the parts and the wife and I with the help of a big popular tree, put it back together. That was 18 months ago and still works. Total cost was about $80.00.
