Winterizing the auto ice maker 2016 Hurricane 35C

For the record - I am a newbie. I understand draining the water storage and hot water tanks. Then blow out the water lines one at a time with low pressure air compressor. But, how do I get the water out of the line and ice maker system in the residential type Whirlpool refrigerator??

Also do I need to put the pink antifreeze in the water system?

Thanks!

Turn the refrigerator on to the coldest setting for about 3 hours or so. Lift the ice maker arm into the UP position. Using the compressed air, blow out all water lines. Once all water lines in the RV are purged of water, lower the ice maker arm. At this point I'll find something else to do for a few hours. This will allow the ice making system to cycle 4 or more times purging the water out of the water lines and the water solenoid. No need to worry about the water that will be in the tray. I have used this method on my Whirlpool for 3 years without fail. No need to add rv antifreeze to the lines, just add the antifreeze to all of your p-traps and a gallon to each holding tank to help protect the seals. Two cups of antifreeze in you stool as well.
