Power trouble

Just picked up my Thor Challenger 37FH from having transmission replaced. It sat at the dealership for 4 months. Generator will not start nor crank from any control switch, slides don’t operate but awnings do, inverter underneath doesn’t power up and neither does the remote panel inside. Can’t manually run stabilizer jacks up or down. All breakers are good, house battery says 13.7 and chassis says 13.0. Main switch light in doorway is on and I cannot turn it off. I don’t remember shutting anything down other than a circuit in the battery compartment and turning off the inverter. Any suggestions?

Have you tried plugging into shore power?

Batteries have to have a strong load. Did you happen to check battery water level for liquid if they are not gel ?

Hello, do not go by what your monitor is telling you. If your motorcoach was not plugged in during the couple of months your rv was there then it sounds like dead or low battery power. Plug into shore power for 24 hours and try everything again. Hope this helps and good luck

I guess I should have checked the batteries. They were empty. All full now. It is plugged into shore power so hopefully tomorrow it will be all good. Thank you everyone for your help.

Hate to say it but if those batteries were dry, you might want to consider what the replacement s may be.

Was looking at that. I figure a little refill and some luck vs replacements. I have them picked out just in case

If there are no solar panels on the roof... and the battery is a basic flooded lead-acid type... and the battery was not charged for several months, especially if the water level dropped exposing the plates - It's toast and and will never recover. It might charge up, but I wouldn't trust it to operate your slides, jacks, etc.

Lesson learned... never expect a dealer to maintain batteries. That also applies to NEW units sitting on their sales lot.
