Cup Holder fix on Vegas/Axis

The cup holders in the driver/passenger area were unusable for anything other than a can of soda. My wife and I usually have a travel coffee mug or bike bottle which would just fall over in the stock cup holder. I cut a 4" long piece of 3" diameter ABS pipe and glued it into the bottom of the cup holder with ABS cement. Now our mugs and bottles fit perfectly.

My 35SF has NO cup holders in the cab. My wife has to hold my rum-n-coke while I drive and her hands get cold. Maybe I can glue a piece of that to the dash!! Great idea!!

Cup Holder fix on Vegas/Axis

We used these PVC 4" adapters and spray painted them flat black to match the rest of the décor.

Finally got our cupholders modified.
I found these on Amazon 2, for $6 something I think. On the driver's side I cut the bottom out of the existing cupholder, trimming it with my trusty Ole Timer untill it fit snuggly. I'm going to try it like that so it can be removed for cleaning if necessary. If that don't work then I can glue it in like some have done.
Passenger side is just sitting in the original holder for now.Click image for larger version

Those look like the same ones I got from Amazon and I did cut the bottom out of my Thor provided cup holders.

I think I probably got that idea and, link from your post, I just couldn't remember where I saw it, as I suffer from CRS ( Can't Remember Sh.. ).
Thanks of the tip ! I bought 4 and am trying different configurations.

First, this made me start laughing hysterically! Thank you for that.

Second, our 33SW has a fold out cup holder at the bottom of the middle dash area. We are on a 2015 F-550, and not sure what changes were made in the last couple of years between mine and yours. The cup holders aren't all that great, but at least we have something.
