Quantum WS31 flooring

Reaching out to these owners to see if anyone else has soft floors or bad underlayment on the floor around the bathroom and bedroom. We have a 2017. Did you have it looked at/repaired? TIA.

We haven't had any issues with our floor. The only issues with flooring are a tear in the vinyl under the couch & small pencil eraser gouge near the dinette. I repaired both with Gorilla super glue. It has a touch of flexibility added to it.

So far so good with ours, seems solid throughout.

Ours seems to be fine. We haven't noticed anything.

I have a 2017 WS31 also I too have a soft spot or bubble on the floor about 6 inches in front of the bed. Feels like a knot hole in the plywood fell out and they laid the floor over it. Also when driving in the rain the floor leaks water across it around the stove and sink. Had the leak looked at it and they installed more seal on the side. Didn’t work, so haven’t been back.

I have soft floors and bubbles in the linoleum in several places in my Four Winds. Fits right in with all the other poor quality issues I've grown accustomed to with my Thor. #ThorLacksIntegrity

We haven't had any problems with our 31w. We put wall to wall plush carpet in ours as soon as we bought it. I am sure glad we did, temps in the south this winter have been in the teens and the carpet makes it much warmer than the hard floors would have been.

Flooring repair

We have a PD31 Quantum - the flooring was damaged under the front edge of the sofa towards the driver seat end. A small cut that the dealer had repaired. But, there was some kind of smudged area that would not come clean - ugly. We were close to having it cut out and repaired when a third effort cleaned it back to its original grain look. The entire floor was hand scrubbed and thoroughly rinsed - then three coats of Mop and Glow applied. Not only did it brighten the appearance, but it sealed those tiny grooves that collected dirt, making it easy to keep it clean.
