2016 Axis 25.3
We'd like to take out the dinette and replace it with a sofa bed in this RV.
Wondering if Thor sells the conversion/ sofa.

You'll have to look in the aftermarket. Thor doesn't sell any conversions for any of their RV's post sale.

If you can wait until after the holidays, there has been a display of modification RV furniture at the Tampa RV Show. Seems like it would be helpful to see and sit on those before ordering.

And you wouldn't want their quality. Lots of stock jack knife sofas have been offered in the classified. We had CW swap out the dinette for a Thomas Paine as part of our purchase deal. Nice sofa but you might do better from some of the online mfrs that have been posted lately for recliner sets. I recall seeing sleeper sofas offered but don't remember where exactly. Search the threads. Jamie, wanna comment? Didn't you do that one?

We removed the couch/hide-a-air-mattress and replaced it with theater seating.

We did the same swap out for the theater seating...and have NEVER regretted it.

Both of the above conversions look great and there are some nice sofa options in the provided link. When we buy an RV next year a nice sofa is much more important to us then a dinette which we only use when we eat.
Great forum and we are constantly learning.
