Added outlets to new fourwinds 24F

I wanted to be able to work while my wife drives, so I added a 12 v socket and a small inverter that provides 110V while driving to some 110V outlets with USB in the dinette top.

The 12v Socket and the switch that powers the inverter on and off are mounted at the base of the forward facing dinette seat.

Very nice job! Should be stock setup on All 2019's.... How does the wiring look under the table? Did you put a disconnect when not using table top ?

From what I understand the inverter is attached to the table and just plugs into the 12 VDC power socket in the dinette seat. So that is the disconnect.

I should have had another photo.

The inverter is mounted inside the bench.

I use the 12V plug to plug in my laptop power.

The switch is the disconnect for the tabletop power

My thinking was two fold.

I wanted to keep power consumption as low as possible, and I aready had the 12V charger for my laptop and the 100W inverter for the outlets.

100W isn't much but it lets me drive a 24" tv/Monitor which peaks at 25W

The lap top charger draws about 150W at 12 V.

It will be simple enough to upsize the inverter later if I feel the need.

I might do the same setup for the over the cab TV/DVD. In which case I'll re-purpose the 100W inverter and buy a bigger one for the bench.
