2014 thor 33sw front lippert levelers too low

I have just purchased a 2014 33sw super c. The front lippert levelers are 6.5 inches from the ground in the retracted position. Are there any modifications to raise them. Thanks, BD

The jacks themselves can be mounted either higher or lower. The thing to be careful of is if you raise the jacks you reduce the effectiveness of the jacks on uneven sites due to the stroke of the jacks. If the stoke on your jacks is 16 inches (stroke for 22K jacks) and they are 6.5 inches off the ground you currently have 9.5 inches of stroke for leveling. Raising your jacks 2 inches reduce the available stroke by 2 inches which would only level 7.5 inches of stoke for leveling.

These are kind of extreme numbers and are intended to illustrate the point only.

Thanks, the Jacks can be moved up about 2 inches by cutting 2 inches of of the support bracket, I was hoping there was some different length of jack or easier solution. I would be ok with reducing the effectiveness for greater ground clearance.

Depending on the jacks installed on your coach the overall length difference is about 2 inches.

See the attached page from the LCI manual.

Pg 5 - LCI Level-Up Motorhome Leveling (2013-Present) 5.pdf

The entire manual is too large to attach to the forum.

The different length Jacks plus the modification would probably do the job. That should raise them about 4 inches. Do you know the approximate cost of 2 Jacks. I imagine the pump and hoses would be interchangeable.
