Annoying rattles in front power shades

Just picked up a Tuscany that has the dual shades in the front window (screen and privacy shades). The width of these roller shades is across the entire front window area.

I am getting some terrible noises from the rollers near the center of the windshield when I'm on a less than smooth road.

The dealer warned me about some noises and proceeded to put some cushioning pads on the pull bars where they meet the frame around the window to prevent them from causing noises. No problems there.

The sounds I am getting are likely from the coiled springs inside each of the rollers.

Has anyone experienced this yet? Any solutions?

Thank you
