One more table picture

I had to notch the table edges to get the swing I wanted.

Using 4" pvc pipe from the local hardware store we constructed our new holder. The pipe starts inside the box containing the "dump" stuff. It exits this box through a new hole we cut in the back of the box, then elbows towards the back of the rv and runs along the frame of the chassis. Small holes drilled in the tubing to allow for drip. Both end have threaded caps to allow us to access a primary and secondary hose. Inside of the threaded cap we had to Dremel some pvc to allow for the hose "hooks" to go all the way in to the pvc so we could screw the cap back on.

Hardest part was putting on the hangers to hold it to the frame.

The pipe doesn't hang any lower than the storage boxes of the RV and we really like having access to the hose in from the dump box!

I think we'll add some fire foam insulation around the hole in the back of the box to help close it off a little better.
Happy Thanksgiving Jolly,

Just wondering how that dump hose holder install has worked out in the past year or so.

Looks like a pretty slick idea and we were thinking about copying it for our Vegas!

I think this comment is spot on LOL:

The entire cabinet is pretty much stapled together. There was only about 5 screws--you can see them in the first photo.

Note the very large pile of sawdust on the bottom--that wasn't due to my efforts as that was behind the wall I removed.

Note 2: Look at all the hose! I'm sure they just grabbed something "ah we'll just coil it up under the floor--nobody will notice and the sawdust will hide it!"

So anyone have a source for finished cabinet panels?? LOL

I took off a cabinet door and took it to local Ace with a piece of wood I was using for extra shelving, and they worked with me to match the stain.
Now matching panel lines and trim is a different question....

Hmm thanks to RV.Net I have a sample of some Red Maple contact paper on its way.

It looks to be a dead on match to the panel in my hand here but we'll see if the sample matches.

Screws for hooks

Could you tell me if you used the screws that came with the hooks? I purchased these same hooks and the screws seem to be for multi surfaces, and will create a large hole, i did not want to use them until I am sure. Thanks!

So I went to Home Depot and bought four large hooks 20-30 lb weight bearing and hung them in the aft garage, driver's side. Now when I stop, the first thing inside the aft compartment door on the left hand side is the surge protector, the second is the 30 amp cord (presently plugged in to my 30 amp power) and third is my water hose. The fourth hanger is for my spare 30 amp cord.

Counter panels

Hey JamieGeek, when you get done fixing the bathroom sink panel you might want to do the same to the kitchen sink panel. Mine fell off. It only had a few staples in it holding it on. Luckily nothing was sitting on the shelf at the time. I had to reinforce and reconnect it. I didn't see any extra hose lying under kitchen sink though (lol). I can't wait to see the final result.

I don't think you are the only one that has happened to. We usually don't use that extension, but I'll check on ours to see if its on securely.

Trimetric Battery Monitor

Yes, installed both. Inverter powers the three Axis TV’s, Blue Ray and refrigerator. Trimetric is extremely helpful when using my portable solar suitcase. It gives you the ability to monitor amperage and percentage of your battery’s during charging.

Sink - Amazon (Dawn 3235) $125.00
Cutting Board - JustSinks 53.00

Sink requires enlarging the current hole with a jig saw by approximately 1/2”
Current plumbing will work with no modification

Cutting board requires adding some rubber feet on the bottom to keep in from sliding around on the sink while driving

Thanks for asking
Bruce

On our previous motorhomes and the Axis 24.1, Ron has always adjusted the height with spacers.
