winterization fix

Went for my first winterization and they had to bring the antifreeze into the rv bedroom- no thanks. Valve is behind the vent in the back of the rv- crazy.
My plumber dropped 2 lines straight down and a valve and now the antifreeze will stay outside.

That’s interesting....what is your objection to winterizing from inside the coach? My winterizing valve is under the bed and I’ve never given it a thought

It's really tight back there and the thought of antifreeze spilling on anything makes me cringe. Also, I don't have to remove the vent now. Should be a much easier and cleaner process now.

The rv antifreeze is not toxic unlike automotive antifreeze so I don't see any cause for concern.

I think its a great idea. If it works for you thats great. I hate messes but luckily mine is under the bed and easy to get to.
