Regulating Lower Storage Heat - 2015 Palazzo

Greetings All: We are RV newbies, have a 2015 36.1 Palazzo. When we use the LP furnace to heat the rig, the heated storage compartment underneath gets pretty warm. The forced-air heat inlet vent in the compartment is blowing a lot of hot air, but there is no way regulate that flow volume. Anyone have any experience/insights into regulating heated airflow into the compartment? Also new to these forums, so we are learning our way around the site... Thx, billf

Sorry, I don't have an answer to your question, but do have an observation that may be related. My coach is a 2014 Palazzo 33.2, and when my furnace activates, the front air conditioner also begins to blow. I do not believe it is blowing cold air. I suspect that it is drawing in air at the ceiling (negative air pressure) to facilitate better distribution of the heated air from the furnace via the floor ducts. That's just speculation on my part. Does the front A/C unit in your rig activate along with the furnace?

Make sure your fan control on your thermostat is set to AU, not LO or HI. If not on AU the AC fan will run constantly on the LO or HI speed when the furnace is on.

Many thanks, bandorr2000. I inspected both thermostats, and as you figured, one had the fan set for LO. I changed it to AU, now problem resolved. Huge help! Thank you.
