Dual Koni Shocks a good upgrade

We have the usual suspension upgrades (sway bars, steering and track control, etc.) to improve our 2016 Miramar 34.3 handling.

I just had dual Koni shocks (two to a corner) installed to further improve handling and safety. This upgrade tightened up the handling, reduces porpoising, and controls the wallow.

Shopped around and found Koni FSD 8805 1018 (front) and 8805 1019 (rear)* shocks for about $157 each ($1,256 for eight).

SuperSteer Quad Shock Bolt kits (SS2022F and SS2022R) for the F53 18K to 22K were $80 each ($160 for front and rear).

The local heavy truck service shop did the installation in an hour forty-five for $186.

Chances are you'll need new shocks sooner than later. IMO the $680 extra for going with dual shocks is a safety and value-added upgrade you'll immediately feel on the road.

Thanks for the insight.
I'll be sure to consider that when I'm ready to do the Shock Absorber upgrade
