Frig Coming Open

Our residential frig (Challenger GT) has a small screw in rod/handle that you can use to secure the doors closed while traveling. Our friends have a 35' Challenger with a side-by-side residential frig and it doesn't appear to have any way to secure the doors. They already had the doors come open on one trip causing a huge mess.

What does others do? Did some of these side-by-side units come with a clip for the handle or something? Do you just bunji or Velcro wrap the handle?
