As with many others who are dealing with the flaking upholstery issues, all of the seating within my 2015 Windsport 34F are falling apart.Click image for larger version

I’ve been through reaching out to Thor, dealers and warranty company, and the only solution I have is to replace everything.

I’m looking at replacing my pull out sofa entirely with a recliner set from RecPro or similar, but there’s a lot of flex plumbing that runs under the sofa for the slide: Click image for larger version

Has anyone had success with fitting a reclining sofa set over such lines and avoiding interference? One thought I have is to reduce the width of the sofa from current 88” go a 67” unit, and put in some box end tables so it would overlay the plumbing.

Thoughts?

I dont know of anyone that replaced sofa and had the flex plumbing like you show. But I think your on the right track (End tables covering it).

Before you bolt everything down you need to test fit when closed and open (I would have somone watch the wires/hoses while doing so).
