Hellwig 7180 Rear Sway Bar

Looking at replacing the rear sway bar on our new Vegas 25.5. Like to ensure that the Hellwig 7180 will fit the Vegas. Appreciate any comments.

I have it on our 2017 24.1 Axis.

I installed the 7180 on our 2017 Axis 25.2, made a huge difference in reducing the top heavy feel and sway. I also installed a Hellwig on the front.

I was going to replace mine on the Hurricane 29m I have, but found the Hellwig specified for it was same OD as the Ford original. Considered that the steel composition and properties had to be very similar. So I didn't spend the money. Did the Rear CHF, left front alone, and am reasonably satisfied.

Your chassis is probably different but check the OD of the Hellwig against what you already have, then decide. Replacing rubber bushings with polyurethane is worth it.

I installed the Hellwig’s on front and back
It’s very impressive the way in which they dramatically reduce sway
I was skeptical at first, but now completely sold

Also, it was suggested on this Forum to replace the front “end links” with the Moog end links. The Ford stock end links are whimpy. And it’s only $28 more (x2) for peace of mind.

I purchased all three items (back, front + 2 end links) on Amazon for under $600.
