I have a Four Winds 22e and the AC is non-ducted and had no auto on/off for the fan, just the compressor. As most of you know this means the fan would blow all the time when the AC was on even if the compressor was not. This new plenum has an onboard thermostat with a digital readout on the unit itself and is controllable through bluetooth. It also has two downward facing adjustable vents to direct air into the kitchen/dining area instead of just out of the ends of the plenum.
The main reason I did the switch was so that when we leave the RV in the hotter months the AC will cycle on and off at the set temp for our pets. We did not like leaving it on so that it ran all the time.
It was a very easy install, took about 30 minutes. I watched a couple videos on You Tube and did not even have to use the confusing instructions that came with the unit.
