its also added so the door can be locked

I don’t think it will fit
What I really would like to get a cover for is the gas fill.

I was thinking about that until I saw your picture. I like the look. But as I said.... if my wife catches me with a saw moving towards the MH, it will not end well for me.

ACE, Freedom Traveler, Hurricane and Windsport in plant 750 in Elkhart. Plant 850 in Wakasua builds Miramar, Challenger, Outlaw, Palazzo, Aria, Venetian, and Tuscany. Each Thor plant operates independently under the Thor Industries - Thor Motor Coach banner. There is nothing in common with the chassis - yours is a Freightliner and a Hurricane use a Detroit Chassis modified by Mor Ryde specifically for Plant 750. These are two of 17 individual plants producing motor coaches, fifth wheels, and travel trailers under the Thor Industries logo. Thor Industries also own a plant producing all the aluminum structural components used in the RVs produced by the corporation.

Do you have a fresh water tank vent with a screen in your water closet? Pop out the screen and fill with a funnel with food grade clear plastic hose. I'm not a motor home I'm a Cougar travel trailer and I use this method when I de-winterize with the diluted bleach water.

Beau - you seem very knowledgeable about Thor plants, their numbers and what each works on, etc. Do you/did you work for them?

No never worked for a RV manufacture. I am a long time retired aeronautical engineer who restored my first MC a 1968 UltraVan 30 years ago (UV # 388 - Beauregard Beluga) and traveled extensively in it. I had to sell Beau when I move into a requirement village. I toured 9 MC class A factories before making a decision of what I wanted in an MC, who was to build it and which dealer was to deliver it.. I have toured Thor MC 650, 750 and 850 as well as the Thor Airstream plant. I been through plant 750 three times (once with wife and once with grandson). Airstream factory tour is the in the top 10 best tour in the use for the past 30 years.

very thorough research, just what I'd expect from an engineer!

CHF and Links
Jerry--
Holy Crap!! It's Jerry and Maria!!
I just traded my Forest River 23' for a Thor 27.2. Today I ordered the Hellwig links (one pair only) to do the CHF in the front, as well as a SafeTPlus unit with bracket and the SuperSteer Track bar for the rear.
I don't want to tie you up with an all day job, would like advice and maybe help if you're not too busy. PM me at rpgmdinc@aol.com. Cell is 949-351-4248.
Hope all is well with you guys. I have most of the tools I believe.
best,
Rich

Installed the locking on board water inlet cover.
Fairly easy job. Ran into a couple easy fix problems. The locking mechanism is on the right side of the box. Didn't realize until I finished the install that a stud was on that side right next to the new opening I cut. Had to remove the cover then drilled a couple small holes and chiseled a grove where the locking bar comes out
I put buytl tape around the inside of the cover and where all the screws go. Still need to put a small bead of silicone caulking a round the cover. I think the buytl tape will stop all water from getting in but better safe than sorry so silicone will be done soon

I’ve had the same problem a couple of times. Home Depot as a little yellow plunger for a couple of bucks that fits the sink nicely.
I think the pump loses its prime, or maybe the Hepvo valve get stuck shut. Twice this has happened to me after winterizing with the pink antifreeze.
