I didn't like the composite surface on the table in the driver's compartment. Also wanted more countertop when the sink wasn't in use. This is how I solved the issue.

That "sink board" looks great but where do you store it? Most people just make/buy a board that fits on top of the sink.

Looks great. How do you hold the sink board in place while driving?

There are a few cleats under the board that surround the rim of the sink. They also have rubber feet to prevent sliding. The board stores behind the driver's seat but it spends most of it's time over the sink except when washing dishes.
