Overhead bunk ladder storage

We have an ACE 29.3, 2016, and cannot find a single good place to store the ladder to the bunk. Any ideas?

On my Axis, when the bedroom slide is in, inside the folded bed. When the slide is out next to the bed in a gap space. Just make sure to remove when the slide comes in.

It would also fit in over the cab bed if I removed the mattress, but seems counterproductive.

On our ACE there is a slot specifically for the ladder storage under the king bed.

Ours is stored on the factory clips behind the love seats.

I bungee it to the back of the drivers seat. Fits perfect there for us.

Definitely make sure it is moved before the slide comes in! If not, the crunching of vener wood will make your ❤️ sink.

Don't ask me how I know...🥴

That's where we put our extra seat cushions for the chairs up in the cab...

We keep ours in the pass through storage bay with the folded picnic table and broom. Slide it out when needed, put it back when it's a nuisance.

We do the same. I added some pool noodle padding to use it for cleaning the windshield.

If I turn the feet where it mounts to the bed sideways, I can store it with the bed.

Store our's on the drop-down bed in our Axis. Put hooks over end of mattress so they're not sticking up and lay a blanket over the ladder, so it won't mar the ceiling, then retract the bed back up above the cab. If one of the grandkids aren't with us, I remove the drop-down mattress and leave it home. This creates lots of extra storage space for infrequently used stuff. Will be doing this for our trip up to Nova Scotia next month.

On our 2017 ACE 29.3, behind the jack knife sofa there are clamps on the wall to store the ladder.

This will only apply to the Vegas/Axis 25.2, but we store ours under the jack knife sofa on top of the water tank. Like OldChief said, it will fit under the mattress. There is room for some other stuff under that sofa, too. We have a long umbrella and an extra blanket there, too.

As a couple of others have mentioned, on our 2017 ACE 29.3 there are clips on the wall behind the jackknife sofa, and it stays there very nicely. This might have been a new thing on the 2017's?

Bunk ladder storage

We store ours on the bathroom door towel racks. Has worked well on our 27.1 and 30.2

Ladder storage

We also have an ACE 2016 29.3–the ladder stores behind the jack-knife sofa in clips on the wall
