Shower Door Removal

Our 2011 Windsport shower door is constantly coming off the tracks, tired of messing with it, so I'm gonna replace it, removed sliding door and tracks, but having difficulty with side wall panels, they appear to wedge into track because I can feel screw on back panel to wall, so wall panel had to screwed in first then Channel put in, but have not been able to remove it, don't want to break or damage shower wall...Has anyone done this before and can offer some advice....

sorry, no experience with it....
but I'm wondering if the track is similar or the same as what I have. Mine comes out all the time too. What are you planning to replace it with?

If you could post a photo it might help folks to better help....or even to brainstorm with you

Yes, photos of the track would be helpful since there are so many types.

It's different than mine I believe...boy, I sure don't know for sure, but it sure looks like it would just be attached with screws through the aluminum and into the shower wall.
so
my guess is that it's the sealant/adhesive that is giving you fits.

Try sticking a thin bladed putty knife behind it and breaking loose any sealer that might be there. You might also find a hidden screw with the putty knife you didn't know about. Take your time and go slowly, start at one end and work your way to the other.

Are you going to reuse any of the channeling? If not maybe take a saw and cut every 2ft. Also is there any rubber in the track might have screws behind it. Just a thought,

Mine did too. On mine it did not have a slide stop on the end so I put a screw there to stop it. Every once in a while the front slide comes out the rail but it's a quick fix there, just push it back in.

Shower curtain

We would like to replace the shower curtain with a flexible shower door with a rounded rod on our 2018 Class C Chateau. THOR quoted a price of $458. Any suggestions?

Shower door

Those are glued into the channels I took a hair dryer heated them up and slowly pulled them apart. Then you can get to the screws behind them
