speaker grills

Thinking about changing out the speakers from the dash radio in our 2015 ACE, the ones in the ceiling. How do you go about removing the speaker grills, figure I can remove the speakers once I get these grills off. I found some speakers I had taken out of an older car I used to have and am guessing they are a lot better than the ones Thor installed. Thanks, Jim.

The grills are a pry off. Then there should be 4 screws.
