I run a CB on my Goldwing and have found very little radio traffic any more. I get more reliable traffic updates from phone with Waze and Goggle Maps.



As for summing help, not a big fan of announcing to the general public that I'm in trouble and possibly in a remote location.

You only need to use it ONE time to save your bacon, and you'll be plenty glad to have had it along for the ride...

Had one in two previous rv’s. Only used them once or twice. I always like to listen to the stereo while driving and my wife would say, one or the other and I perfered the music.
