To make it easier to see as it now faces the driver and the other controls are more accessible. I spaced it out about 3 inches on the passenger side.

closet mods

Here are the pictures of what I did to the closet. First I turned the second door up side down then removed the center post and attached it to the rear door so when open there is no post in the way.
Then I added a shelf and attached 2 slide out hanger's on them.
Then remover rear panel to add 6 inches of closet space.
Added wire shelf to forward space that is mine, the rear is the wife's.

Good job on the mods! We have one drawer under the dinette seats, I have a sneaking suspicion there is too much "critical stuff" under the second one. :O

drawer

I was told that also that it was electrical stuff and no room. I checked under the seat and found ONE wire to the plug that I moved out of the way. Install a brace for the drawer track and made a drawer out of and old one that a neighbor was remodeling the kitchen in a condo. There were 4 screws holding the front on, after making the drawer I screwed the drawer on to the front and removed the 4 screws and now a hidden drawer.

Ewok,

Nice job on all of your mods. I am really interested in how you re-positioned the radio and controls. How did you go about moving it out and what did you use to fill in the top and side panel. If you have any additional pictures it would be great. Again, nice work and thanks for sharing!

radio

I took the radio out and also the side air vent for access to the nuts that held it in. Then drilled a net hole in the dash top to allow it to be tilted out on the passenger side . 3 inches is the limit that it can be tilted. Once the hole is drilled on the top of the dash (not in the bezel ) it can be put back in the original holes on the drivers side. I used some plumbers tape to make the side brackets then cut a piece of 1/8 th plywood for the filled and use screws to hold it on. You can paint the wood or put any finish on it.
I'll look for more pictures as I have a bunch.
Hope this helps

Alan, I like the door for the water-pump. Building similar access. Seems like your build is the same as mine. Thor employees don't know how to use a vacuum! Our furnace vents were full of saw dust and linoleum chunks! Still opening panels to clean sh*t out.

Passenger Cup Holder

Please post a picture of the underside of the passenger cup/pencil holder. The cup holders provided (in the console and on driver's side control panel) don't hold anything I've ever seen so I've been wanting to come up with something like what you did but am leery of drilling into the unknown. How did you find something to drill into and what size screws did you use?
Thanx,
Dan
