What would you add
I am thinking about buying a Thor Ace 25.2. After reading many of these post it seems steering and sway is an issue. I spoke to the salesman about this and here is what he recommended to add to the unit
2017 Thor Motor Coach THOR VEGAS 25.2
Front Sway Bar 1139-140
Rear Sway Bar 1139-145
Reflex Steering Stabilizer Class A “RSSA”
RSSA Bracket Kit RBK9
I am not handy, and he said parts and labor would be around $2400.
Would you add or subtract anything and how does the price sound

I would caution about the motives of a person who has something to sell you...
Why not try actually driving the rig for a trip (or three!), and see what you think of it? The changes can be made at any time...

I would start by driving it as is and then next step is to have it aligned, if needed. Then, if you feel it sways too much, do the CHF (Cheap Handling Fix) which is moving the sway bar connections for a stiffer ride. If that isn't enough, then spend some money on stabilizers and better shocks.
We have only done the CHF and it made a huge difference.

If it were my coach I'd add a Safe-T-Plus and do the CHF. If that doesn't satisfy you then go with Sumo Springs front and rear.

Before you add any of that....
Load the RV and have the front end aligned. That will make a world of difference.
I added a beefier anti-sway bar in the rear because I am towing. But just that and the alignment made it very drivable.
The Safe-T-Plus is valuable on a front tire failure. It will return the steering wheel to center. But (IMHO) does nothing for drivability.

You said Ace, but then Vegas 25.2. The Vegas is built on a van chassis, and the CHF, cheap handling fix, doesn't apply. Like gbrown, we have a 25.2, and I agree with his suggestion for alignment first.
We did only that with our new 2016 25.2, then drove it for about 20K miles. Last summer, I replaced the shocks with Bielsteins, and just recently added the Sumo Springs to the front. If I do any more, it would be to install a bigger rear sway bar. I won't be adding the Safety Steer that some swear by. (My last coach, a Class A, blew a front left tire without one, and it wasn't all that scary.)
Rather than spending on suspension mods right off, I had HWH stabilizing jacks installed. For us, that was a better use of funds. Like Bob said, consider the motives of that sales guy. From your pocket to his. (He'll say he wants you to have a good experience.)

For me the CHF, and Safe-T-Plus have made a night and day difference. I keep toying with the idea of rear track bar, but the $500 for what might only be a little improvement is holding me back lol.

Is this true? I thought it helped with driveability as well. I haven't installed one yet, but my understanding is that it helps on-center feel and also helps reduce getting moved across your lane when semis pass.

It sure helped our Vegas, the difference is night and day. It's much easier to fight cross winds and semi trucks going by.

$2400 before you driven the coach - not hardly. Here is our 2 cents:
1. Make sure tire pressure is right.
2. CHF
3. Stabilizer. Just a voice from experience. The stabilizer may pay some dividends for normal handling but the real dividends are to stabilization in the event of a blowout. If and only if the coach doesn't handle well enough, do other adders.

Added Safe-T-Plus and the handling difference was incredible. I also had an alignment done at that time.
