Thor ace front speakers

Have read alot about thor ace front speakers are useless when driving . We looked for a solution. So went different path.
Built a cabinet for under the dash on engine cover. We added another radio that was FM, BT,and aux. added 2 4 inch speakers with an internal antennea plus remote. All cos from amazon was $30
Sound is now great. We can hear now at our body level not 10 foot away

Good idea and looks good. I need to ask, did you do the carpet on the dog house or did it come that way? If you did it I would like details, my 29.3 ACE came without.

Thanks. On our 2015 the front cabin area came carpeted from the factory. Think it helps with sound/heat. An under the front cabin i installed fatmat. Helped lot on sound deading

Impressive mod but I just bought these speakers from Amazon:

And hooked them up to the unused rear speakers on the existing Axerra radio. Mounted them in the upper left and right corners and now we can also hear the radio when we have reception.
