Thor Tuscany Mirrors -- 2014

First question of many I'm sure... From the drivers seat, the right side of the passenger mirror is not visible. does the big arm that holds the mirrors in place move?

Thanks.

Yes, there is plug in the base that the arm fits into. Pry that plug out and you'll find a regular hex head bolt. Loosen that and the arm will pivot. To move the mirror assembly, you'll need to loosen the hex socket screw (use an Allen wrench) and the mirror will pivot on its post.
