On Star and Sirius XM for Axxera Radio???

Hi Folks, I am looking for information on how to get the above installed on my Axxera Radio. My motor home is a 2017 Thor Freedom Elite. Will I need to can the current radio and back up camera for something else or if you have added the above could you let me know how or what needs to be done.

I replaced the Axxera radio with a Kenwood unit that had camera input and, with a Sirius/XM module and antenna plug-in, allowed me to keep the rear camera functionality and receive my XM radio subscription.
However, I’m not aware of an add on On-Star capability.

Most Axxera radios are "Sirius/XM Ready". You do have to add a tuner kit and antenna (Amazon has them for $35 and change), plug it into the back of the radio, then activate though Sirius/XM.

I'm not totally familiar with On Star; correct me if I'm wrong, but isn't that strictly a GM accessory ?

Is your unit a GM motor and chassis? If not, no ONSTAR,

I already looked into that the day I was going over to sign the papers on our new AXIS. ONSTAR reps stated they are only on GM products. I spoke to two different reps to make sure.
