Vegas Captains Chairs

Not real satisfied with drivers and passenger/captains chairs in regard to comfort while driving. Was thinking about an upgrade to a better seat with better support including and other adjustments. Appreciate any recommendations.

I agree, they are not very comfortable. My wife looked but we never found anything. Must admit we didnít look that hard.

Gotta agree, these seats will get an upgrade sooner or later in our rig too! Looking for advice also...

Saw a post talking about RV captains chairs from Shop 4 Seats. Found they have a showroom in Cibilo, TX (outside San Antonio). Going to Big Bend in a few weeks so we will probably stop by the showroom and look at the chairs. Will post later on our findings.

We didn't like ours either, but figured out they were tilted too far forward. I loosened all the bolts holding the seat to the pedestal and took the front ones off. I then tilted the seat back and put a larger nut over the bolt on the front ones between the seat and pedestal. It was just large enough to get the seat nut back on fully. Some people stack a few washers in there but this was quick and easy.
Way better. We are no longer going to replace them.

We changed ours out last year to Flexsteel Scopan cahairs from BraddandHall. Love them! I have had 3 back surgeries so needed the support. They were expensive but worth it to us.
