Water pump/water pressure issues again

Looking for ideas any suggestions would be greatly appreciated
After 6 months off the road We are going back on the road soon and getting back to issues that we “parked”.

1. Water pump/water pressure. We never got good water pressure with the standard fresh water pump. It was replaced in with a more powerful pump that is loud. The Camping world tech said it was loud,but clients said it worked.
It is too loud for us. Any suggestions as to a new pump and/or pressure valve?

We had a 44’ Sailboat with multiple water pumps that were very quiet. Why are RV pumps so loud?

2. The standard roll down shades on the Gemini are junk. Any suggestions for shades at look better and secure at the bottom.

3. We put 13,000 miles on it last and outside of problems with the Thor part it loved the size and handling of the rig.

Surflo make a hush kit for their pumps - a very flexible soft line, You can also buy 1/2" pipe insulation put it around the lines next to the pump. You can buy a section of "cow pad" (Tractor Supply sells it) and put it under the pump. Lastly you can insulate the compartment where the pump is located. Just be sure to allow for sufficient cooling. An accumulator will not quite the pump but does lesson the frequency of it operation. Usually it is not the pump but the un-tethered PEX lines attached to the pump making the noise.
