What is this for?

Getting solar put on my 2016 Palazzo 36.1. While looking where to do wire runs we decided to look under this access panel. When we undid the screws it is just a frame screwed into the floor. Why?Click image for larger version

I remember someone a while back talking about an access panel that wasn't cut through yet by the factory but needs to be in order to get to something. Not sure if it was your model or not. Can you tell from snooping around outside what's directly under that area?

It is an access panel underneath. It appears they layed the linoleum over the panel and never cut the linoleum to allow access.
