What's this?

Upgraded bathroom faucets this week. In the process, found additional piping under the sink. See attached pic. Anyone know what this is?Click image for larger version

Pic is too dark to see anything other than the pipes and a "flow" direction to the white pipe.

Also, which coach?

I vote for vacuum breaker too. White pipe appears to be the fresh water line coming in. Could be for the tank "buzz" cleaner too? Needs a breaker so your tank isn't sucked back into the city line.

Nope, flow indicator is "to" the white pipe.

Yup that's it. When you disconnect flush hose - a lot of clear/fresh water should come out.
