Vegas House batteries: series 27 or 29 will fit
Just to let you know the Vegas house batteries come from the factory with 24DC size batteries. I was told my the RV dealer that the 24DC was the largest size that would fit.
Not true in my case.
27DC or 29DC will also fit. I went with the 29M series. A little hard to check Water level on the right cap of the front battery but since two 29 series have the same reserve capacity as three 24 series it was well worth the trouble and not a whole lot more cost.
I used the Interstate brand:
Size ....... Reserve Capacity (RC) @ 25 h
SRM-24... 140
SRM-27... 160
SRM-29... 210
Would love to have used two 6volt cart batteries but they are too tall.
Having 1690 cranking amps not bad either!
