Propane grill or two burner stove.

I would like to buy an external propane grill or a two burner stove that will work with the external quick connect propane connection on the RV. I have a Coleman two burner that I just bought and now realize that it won't work because of the two pressure regulator issue.
I need suggestions for a small, compatible stove that is ready to use with the RV's quick connect propane connection.
You have until June 1st to respond! Just kidding.

Your Coleman stove can be converted to work for this application.
You just need to remove the regulator, and replace with the proper fitting...
There are lots of YouTube videos about the process...

I have a Coleman that needs a higher pressure/flow than the RV supplies. Tried removing the regulator and attaching directly to the RV quick disconnect. It had a really low flame on high, it was unusable.

Try a Blackstone griddle. 17” one burner. 22” 2 burner. It’s really great. Jerry

You can buy a 10 or 12 foot LP hose that will go from the RV LP tank to the Coleman grill. Keep the bottle regulator for using 1lb bottles when you want to .

I have a Blackstone and love it. I kept the original regulator so I can do quick hookup using one pound bottles and bought this to hook to the rig - https://www.amazon.com/Blackstone-Gr...a-670048151258

You can buy any model you wish...it's just a matter of re-configuring the gas lines and adapters and removing the included regulator of your device. Buy whatever grill you wish and take it to any bulk LP supply business. They can configure the lines and adapters for you at any length. Or, you can follow lots of YouTube videos for DIY. Post your purchase here and many will tell you what they did with the same exact setup. Don't get caught up in all the low pressure-high pressure debates soon to follow. If you don't do it right out front, you'll only do it wrong once.

I converted a Weber Q2000. I posted a thread with the conversion and parts necessary. The Weber works great.

I disagree, I went direct into a Coleman stove without the regulator to my grill hookup on the camper.

On high you could barely see the flame, low it was out.

It was like a trickle of water vs fire hose when connected to the little propane bottle and regulator.

My only option was a tee on the tank with full pressure hose to regulator on stove. Problem there is lots of air when hooking up and lots of propane leaking out when unhooking.

Finally just stuck to the little propane bottles.

I’m going to a portable pellet grill on my next rv

Sounds like a problem with a crimped line on your camper. It should work that way.

It works fine on my grill, it has to do with the low flow. I’m pretty good at troubleshooting so sure I hit all the possibilities.

I have a two burner Camp Chef that is pretty flexible. One of our camping buddies won it in a contest but already had one so I got if for about 1/2 price. Came with a griddle and grill box but I also have the dutch oven tent and the pizza oven. I also use standard pots and pans on it. Taped into the coach propane tank with an extend-a-stay installed before the coach pressure regulator since the grill already has a regulator. 90% of our cooking is on the grill.

It's interesting while camping to see so many options people use. Cooking outdoors is half the fun. We spent 10 days boondocking at Atlanta Motor Speedway in March and the aroma of thousands of campers cooking outside was amazing. The first thing folks do when they get there is grab a beer and set up the outdoor kitchen.

Thanks all y'all. I was at a camp store searching for parts and things and just made an impulse buy: I bought the Coleman Roadtrip and the converter kit and the deal is done.
