Just another viewpoint....
I stayed at Happy Trails for a week. It was not to my liking. I found that the lots were right on top of each other. And since I don't play golf, there was no attraction for me. Also, Surprise AZ is on the northwest side of Phoenix and 50 minutes away from Scottsdale and downtown Phoenix. The major east-west corridor is a street with too many stoplights.

Each to his own. I'm now looking for a piece of property on th edge of any town to build an RV Port house. I'm currently in Minden NV. Next two areas are Klamath Falls OR and then Vancouver WA.

Question: If you've got solar panels on the roof of your rig: has anybody who has one of these sort of places (or even just a covered parking spot at home...), rigged-up a way to connect to solar panels up on the building roof also?

Yes, Morton buildings can be that, or they can be as stylish as you want. Try a search for "Morton Building" images. They have done some really awesome buildings, and have been innovating for decades.
