Chance,
If you're adding a "large" garage to your rig (Let's say nine feet...): it's going to eat up a lot of living area...
How do we resolve this?
(Our 31 foot-long Class C has a nine foot garage: we sleep on the couch-bed...)
I was thinking about a Euro-style “garage” mostly meant for bicycles, scooter, or sometimes small motorcycle. Garage is under beds so doesn’t take extra length.

Aha!
You meant "European Large": not the American version!

Here's what we got - the Presto MyJo - a simple solution that works with or without power, just need a heat source for your water and it takes K cups or use the basket that comes with it. Edit: I see others are also on to this great tool... I don't even drink coffee but I get brownie points for making it for momma with this!

Easy to clean and store too.

As far as other things on the wish list...

- New curtains for the front - we will probably get some of the Insul-Shine reflective batting and sew it onto the outer lining of our existing curtains.

- Dinosaur Electronics Universal Ignitor Board for our furnace

- Air fryer for making tater tots and wings

- Gun safe for my handguns

- Replacement door handles with keypad

- Smaller outdoor generator (yes, Gritz, you convinced me) for backup power (we have had our on board genny not work at inopportune times, so we were unable to do a few things because we couldn't leave the puppies in the sweltering heat with no genny and no A/C)

We just added one of these to our backsplash to keep scissors, pot holders, etc. organized:

https://www.homedepot.com/p/Everbilt...8076/202305556

We have lots of smaller stuff on our wish list as well. Mostly cleaning and organizational stuff.

Thanks for the coffee tip!
We don't currently use K-Cups; but I'm always open to options!

You don't NEED to use K-cups with the MyJo, it comes with a basket/filter for regular coffee. K-cups can be convenient. We get them as gifts from the kids.

Buy BLACK+DECKER Coffee Makers | CM1609 8-Cup Thermal Progammable Coffeemaker | BLACK + DECKER

This is what I use everyday and I've had it for better than 10 years and still works like a charm!

Thanks, Skip!

Here's a video I found that shows the MyJo in action:

Since it can only brew a 10 oz cup: it just won't fill my 16 oz morning mugs up...

Thanks Bob Looking at the link I sent you, it looks like Black and Decker changed the unit some since I bought mine. I like it because it keeps the coffee warm for at east 3 hours without having to turn the unit on. No more bitter reheated coffee.(Unless I stop at a truck stop!) And I like having my travel mug within reach filled with joe and a 10 ounce cup just would not cut it!

I could have used that coffee maker during extended hurricane power outages.

An issue I see is that to get the right coffee taste, water temperature has to be controlled accurately. With a thermometer and gas stove/grill, that can keep us caffeinated. However, with electric power, I’ll stick to tiny Keurig single-cup coffee maker.

I guess I could say I'm not a coffee snob, not saying y'all are I like mine hot and black, no flavors, or other stuff. I drink Yuban. So, I am always happy just to have a cup of joe in my hand What works for me might not work for others cause we all have our own individual tastes

I’m not that picky, but like my coffee strong and drink it black, usually buy French Roast. I found that if water doesn’t get hot enough, it doesn’t extract the full flavor/strength. A 10 F lower temperature made enough difference for us to replace a Keurig coffee maker.

But I DO agree with you: I prefer my Arabica beans a bit less... processed!
