I really have no idea about how you would know, unless it is mentioned in your paperwork.

If yours has 3 holes showing on all four jacks below the frame they have not been lowered.

I have the 2" lift, 3 holes showing. So, should I lower the jacks, or just use a 2X6. Is this info from DRV ? How many holes should be showing ?

I just took the picture today of my 15 and I would assume it is in the stock position with 3 holes showing and I do not have the risers.
So if yours looks like mine I would lower them 2".

I will look at mine tomorrow as I have the 2 inch risers. I even noted in my build to adjust the jacks accordingly.

Mine have worked on some pretty uneven sites without any issues so I'm not going to worry about it.... If I happen to think about it today, I will run by and see the jack positions to let you know.

With the 2" riser I thought they were supposed to lower the rams?

I thought they were also. Maybe that section of the frame was added to also.

You should be able to see the 2" section of tube steel between the 15" frame and the IS system.

Look closely at the supports for the jacks. On our 2016 MS the supports are welded to the two lower frame boxes and the 2" riser. IE: our jacks have been lowered.

Yup there is a 2 inch subframe welded on to the frame.

Here's a photo of our MS with the 2" riser hitched to our 4x2 Ram dually. Everything's level and a LOT of bed rail to overhang clearance.
Given the additional ride height of the Ram 4x4, I would think the 2" riser would make setting the rig up to run level with adequate bed rail clearance much simpler.

Without the 2" risers I am running nose high for sure. I have not been airing up the TrailAir bag fully that helps some.
B&W RVK3600 is at the lowest setting. It is not as low as the Companion like you have Rusty. Kingpin can not be raised. So I will have to add the 2" risers.
May have a friend do it he is a metal fabricator. Or I may have MorRyde do it if I head to the MS for warranty work. Anyone know the cost to add the 2" riser to an existing system?

With the upgraded RVK3500 Companion base and uprights I added before we picked up this MS, I don't believe this one is as low as the old 18K original Companion base, either.

Interesting! I looked for a way to modify mine to get it 2" lower but there is no "EASY" way.
I run the bag so about the middle of the arrow is showing instead of all the arrow like I did on the last RAM/MS combo.
